“Sir, is area mein 5 saal mein price triple ho jaayega,” “Yeh project 100% safe hai,” “Koi bhi problem nahi hogi” — guarantees jo dene ka adhikar unhe nahi hai.

Professional sales team realistic hoti hai. Jo har sawaal ka jawab “bilkul sir, haan haan” hai — woh red flag hai.

Red Flag 13: Agreement Review Time Nahi Deta

“Aaj sign karo nahi toh kal price badhegi” — yaar, koi bhi genuine builder agreement review ke liye time deta hai. 30-40 page ka agreement ek ghante mein sign mat karo.
